Terms of Service

Last updated 27 August 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and OmniaPilot. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you may bind that company.

Two things worth reading before the rest: you own what you generate (section 6), and credits do not carry over between billing periods (section 4).

The service

OmniaPilot generates product listing assets — image stacks, written copy and logos — from product photos and details you supply, and can publish them to a Shopify store you connect. It also provides the Ad Library Downloader, a tool for pulling down advertising published in Meta’s public Ad Library.

We change the product continually. Features may be added, altered or removed. If we remove something material from your plan we will tell you first.

Your account

You need an account to use the service. Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person or one business — do not share logins to avoid paying for seats or plans.

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract. If your access is terminated for breaching these terms, do not open a new account without our agreement.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment processor. Prices are shown on the pricing page and exclude any tax that applies to you.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
  • Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Annual plans are billed for the full year at the start of the term.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. A change takes effect at your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend the account until it succeeds.

Credits

Work inside OmniaPilot is metered in credits. Each plan includes an allowance per billing period, and each action costs a stated number of credits — generating an image, running the copywriter, importing a product, and so on. The current rates are shown in the app.

  • Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not carry over. Unused credits expire.
  • Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not redeemable for money.
  • A generation that fails through our fault is not charged, or is refunded to your balance. A generation you simply did not like is charged — the work was done.
  • We may adjust what an action costs as underlying model prices change, with notice in the app.

Free trials

A 7-day free trial can be started from any plan. During the trial you get Basic features regardless of which plan you started from. A payment method is required to begin and is authorised but not charged; when the trial converts at the end of the 7 days you are billed at the price of the plan you chose. Cancel before it converts and you are not charged. One trial per person or business.

Ownership

Your content stays yours. The product photos, clips, names and brand details you upload remain yours, and we claim no ownership of them.

What you generate is yours to use. Subject to your account being in good standing, you own the output — images, copy, logos — and may use it commercially: on your store, in your ads, on marketplaces. We do not charge a licence fee on top and we do not take a cut of what it earns.

You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit your content for the sole purpose of providing the service — which includes sending it to the model providers listed in our Privacy Policy. That licence ends when you delete the content.

Two honest caveats about generated output. It is produced by machine learning models, and similar prompts can produce similar results for different users, so we cannot promise any output is unique. Copyright in AI-generated material is unsettled in several countries, and we cannot promise you can register it.

OmniaPilot itself — the software, the interface, the reference stacks and the brand — remains ours.

What you are responsible for

You are responsible for the products you sell and the claims you make about them. Generated copy is a starting point, not legal or regulatory advice.

  • Check the claims. Supplement, health, financial and similar claims are regulated. A model will happily write a claim you are not allowed to make.
  • Own your inputs. Only upload photos and material you have the right to use.
  • Reviews are yours to substantiate. If output includes testimonials or ratings, you must not publish them as real customer reviews unless they are.

Use of the service is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Third-party services

Connecting Shopify, or relying on features that depend on Meta’s Ad Library, means depending on companies we do not control. Their terms govern your use of them, and their outages, changes or restrictions can affect features here. OmniaPilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify or Meta.

Availability

We aim to keep the service up but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages and model-provider incidents happen. We do not offer a formal uptime guarantee or service credits.

Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that puts our infrastructure or other users at risk, or that we are legally required to stop serving. Where the situation allows it, we will warn you first.

On termination your right to use the service ends. Export anything you want to keep before closing the account.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that generated output will be accurate, compliant, original, or that it will sell anything.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, and if you are a consumer your statutory rights are unaffected.

Indemnity

You agree to cover us against claims arising from your use of the service, the content you upload, the listings you publish, or your breach of these terms — including reasonable legal costs.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version; if you do not, cancel before it applies.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OmniaPilot is established, and disputes will be heard by its courts.
