Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 27 August 2026
OmniaPilot generates listing images, copy and logos, and reads publicly published advertising. Those are useful tools and they are also easy to misuse. This policy sets the line.
It forms part of our Terms of Service. Breaking it is grounds for suspension or termination.
The general rule
Use OmniaPilot to sell your own products honestly. Do not use it to deceive buyers, to impersonate anyone, to sell things that are illegal or dangerous, or to attack the service or the people on it.
Products you may not list
Do not use OmniaPilot to create listings or advertising for:
- Anything illegal to sell where you or your buyers are.
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or parts and instructions for them.
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or products sold as a way around drug laws.
- Counterfeit goods, replicas passed off as genuine, or anything infringing someone else’s trademark or copyright.
- Stolen goods, or hacked, cracked or pirated digital material.
- Sexual services, sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery — any of which we report rather than merely remove.
- Products whose whole proposition is fraud: fake reviews, engagement farms, forged documents, credentials, or identity papers.
- Human remains, endangered species and their parts, or trafficked wildlife.
Claims you may not make
Generated copy is written by a model, and a model will produce a persuasive sentence without knowing whether you are allowed to say it. Checking is your job, and these are out of bounds regardless:
- Medical claims that a product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents disease, unless you hold the approvals that permit it.
- Guaranteed outcomes — earnings, weight loss, health results — presented as certain.
- Fabricated proof. Invented testimonials, star ratings, customer counts, review totals or endorsements presented as real. If output contains placeholder reviews, they must be replaced with genuine ones or removed before publishing.
- False scarcity and false urgency — stock counters, countdown timers or “only 3 left” lines that are not true.
- Fake affiliation. Implying endorsement by a brand, retailer, publication or public figure you have no relationship with.
- Invented credentials — certifications, test results, laboratory findings or awards the product does not hold.
Images and likeness
Only upload photographs you own or are licensed to use. Do not use the image tools to:
- Put a real person’s face or likeness into product material without their permission.
- Recreate another brand’s trade dress, packaging or logo so that buyers would mistake your product for theirs.
- Produce imagery of a product that materially misrepresents what will actually arrive — a different item, a different size, contents it does not have.
- Generate sexual imagery, or imagery of minors in any sexualised context.
The reference stacks in the library are layout references. Use them for layout, not to reproduce a competitor’s artwork.
Ad Library Downloader
The Ad Library Downloader reads advertising that has already been published publicly in Meta’s Ad Library. Use it to understand a market. Do not use it to:
- Copy a competitor’s creative wholesale and publish it as your own.
- Harass, target or build a dossier on an individual rather than a brand.
- Re-sell or redistribute captured material as a data product of your own.
- Automate requests at a volume intended to strain our capture infrastructure or anyone else’s.
Technical limits
Do not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the prompts, references or models behind the service.
- Resell, sublicense or wrap OmniaPilot as your own generation service, or expose it through your own API.
- Share one account across several businesses to avoid paying for them, or script the interface to work around credit limits.
- Probe, scan or attack our infrastructure, or attempt to reach data belonging to another account.
- Upload malware, or use the service to distribute it.
Security research is welcome if you tell us first and do not touch other people’s data: security@omniapilot.com.
How we enforce this
We do not review everything that passes through the service, and we are not obliged to. When something is reported or detected, our response depends on what it is: a warning and a removal request for most things, immediate suspension for serious or repeated breaches, and immediate termination and a report to the authorities for illegal content — child sexual abuse material above all.
We do not refund the remainder of a period on an account terminated for breaching this policy.
Reporting
To report misuse of OmniaPilot — including a listing generated here that breaches this policy — email abuse@omniapilot.com with as much detail as you can. Reports of illegal content are prioritised.
